All items are custom-made to order, ensuring high quality and freshness. Below, you'll find details on our shipping process, times, rates, and more. Please note that while we strive for accuracy, shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and times/rates may vary based on factors like product type, destination, and global events.

Order Processing and Fulfillment
- **Processing Time**: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
- **Warehoused Items**: Some in-stock items may ship next-day if ordered by 12 p.m. in the relevant time zone.
- **Multiple Items**: If your order contains products from different categories or fulfillment centers, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
- **Holiday Periods**: During peak seasons (e.g., October 15–January 17), a small surcharge may apply for U.S. shipments, and processing/shipping times could extend slightly.

Once fulfilled, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. For Shopify integrations, we offer live shipping rates calculated in real-time based on your order details.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates start after fulfillment and are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These are approximations, not guarantees, and do not include processing time:
- **United States**: 4–10 business days.
- **Europe and UK**: 4–15 business days.
- **Canada, Australia, and Other International**: 10–20 business days.
- **Worldwide**: Up to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

Factors like customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays can impact these times. For the most accurate estimate, check the product page or checkout.

Shipping Rates
Rates are fixed and based on product category (e.g., apparel like shirts/hoodies, mugs, posters), order size (single item vs. additional items), and destination. They are calculated at checkout and include packaging/handling. Examples for common categories like t-shirts:
- **USA**: $4.75 for the first item + $2.20 per additional item.
- **Europe**: $4.79 for the first item + $1.45 per additional item.
- **UK**: $4.59 for the first item + $1.50 per additional item.
- **Worldwide/International**: $11.99 for the first item + $6.00 per additional item.

Rates for other products (e.g., posters, canvas, pet items) vary—please refer to checkout for exact costs. We do not offer free shipping at this time, but you can bundle items to save on additional fees. A holiday surcharge of +$0.40 may apply for U.S. orders during October 15–January 17.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, Japan, Brazil, and more (full list available on request). However, some destinations may have restrictions due to legal or carrier limitations.

- **Customs and Duties**: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and vary by location/order value. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
- **Address Accuracy**: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking information, provided via email once shipped. You can monitor your package through our white-label tracking page, which combines data from carriers for easy viewing. If you don't receive tracking within 7 business days of your order, contact us.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- **Lost Packages**: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund.
- **Damaged Items**: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement.
- **Delays**: While rare, delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
